    CYLINDER HEAD WARRANTY DISCLAIMER * New castings should be thoroughly checked prior to assembly & installation * The fact that the casting is new does not imply that the machined surfaces are ready for installation * It is the ASSEMBLER & INSTALLER RESPONSIBILTY to insure proper fit, including but not limited to: casting consistency & design, all critical dimensions, threads, and surface finishes * Pay particular attention to: spark plug, glow plug, & injector tube holes, sensor, mounting, & accessory holes, mating surfaces, seat finish, valve installed heights, & protrusions * Cylinder heads are warranted by the manufacturer, warranty is limited to the replacement of the cylinder head only * NO LABOR, towing, parts or consequential damages are covered * Distributor expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
